Privacy Notice & Privacy Rights

Effective August 24, 2026 · Version lendlly-privacy-2026-08-v1

1. Scope

This Privacy Notice explains how Lendlly collects, uses, shares, and protects information submitted through lendlly.com and the Lendlly partner onboarding workflow. It covers business and business-representative information; it is not a consumer credit disclosure.

2. Information we collect

Partner request details: name, company, email, phone, partner type, monthly volume, and file profile notes.

Onboarding details: legal business name, DBA, business address, entity type, business phone and email, and the authorized representative's name and title.

Tax information: the information required by IRS Form W-9, including your taxpayer identification number (SSN or EIN), whether you complete the W-9 online or upload a completed form.

Documents: driver's license, voided check or bank letter, W-9, and the executed agreement package.

Signature and audit data: your drawn or typed signature image, the document versions you accepted, the exact acceptance text shown to you, timestamps, IP address, and browser user agent.

3. How we use it

We use this information to review and approve partner relationships, to execute and retain the ISO Agent Sales Agreement, to pay and reconcile commission, to meet tax-reporting obligations, to conduct risk review and fraud prevention, and to comply with applicable law.

4. How we share it

We may share information with Lendlly and/or its applicable funding partners, capital providers, affiliates, servicers, assignees, or purchasers, as applicable, and with service providers such as document storage, email delivery, and accounting or tax vendors, in each case for the purposes described above.

We may also share information where required by law, subpoena, regulatory request, or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your information.

5. Taxpayer identification numbers

Your taxpayer identification number is treated as highly sensitive. When you complete a W-9 online, the full number is encrypted at rest and is never displayed back to you, returned to your browser, included in email, or written to application logs. Screens and status messages show only the last four digits.

6. Document storage and retention

Uploaded documents and generated agreement packages are stored in private, authenticated storage and are not publicly accessible. Time-limited links are issued only to you and to Lendlly's ISO team. We retain onboarding, signature, and tax records for as long as needed for the relationship and for the periods required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

7. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, and you may request a copy of any document you signed. Some records — including executed agreements, signature audit records, and tax documents — must be retained even after a relationship ends. Send requests to ISO@lendlly.com.

8. Changes to this notice

Lendlly may revise this Privacy Notice. Each revision carries a new version identifier and effective date. Revisions apply going forward and do not alter the version you acknowledged at the time you signed a document.
